This patch takes the old imagery of the fool, death, and the macabre and turns it into something considerably more appropriate for the current timeline.
A skeletal jester leans forward from the darkness—bells hanging from his cap, empty sockets staring out, bony hands resting in front of him like he already knows exactly how this ends.
He isn’t shocked.
He isn’t worried.
If anything, he looks entertained.
There’s something fitting about the jester being the last one laughing. Kings change. Governments collapse. Institutions rot. Everyone incredibly important eventually discovers they weren’t nearly as permanent as they imagined.
Meanwhile, the fool is still sitting there.
Watching.
Laughing.
Probably making it worse.
